Hygiene passport training
The Hygiene passport training includes basic information on hygiene legislation and safe food handling, as well as key topics and instructions regarding self-monitoring. With the help of the training, you can prepare for the hygiene passport test.
Please note that this training does not include an official hygiene passport. You can book an appointment for the hygiene passport test on the TAKK website. There is a fee for the test.

Hygiene passport training is suitable for everyone who needs to take a hygiene passport test or otherwise update their skills related to hygiene matters.

Implementation and duration
The Hygiene Certificate training is a self-paced online course that you can complete on your own schedule. The course takes approximately 3–6 hours to complete.
After paying for the course, you will receive your login credentials for Moodle via email. There you will find detailed instructions on how to complete the course. Once you have completed the course, you can download your certificate through Moodle.
To complete the course, you will need a computer, headphones or speakers, and an internet connection.
At the end of the training, you will have the opportunity to test your knowledge with a practice test. You must register separately for the official Hygiene Pass test on the TAKK website. There is a fee for the test.
Once you have purchased the training, you have three (3) months to complete it.
